When you do this breathing sitting-up position, sit with your legs crossed and put your hands on your knees with palms up.

Practice With full-body breathing, as breathing in from your feet and palms to Alpha chakra, where is located about 20cm above from top of your head, inhale the energy of the blue flame into the area surrounded about 50cm around you. Burn the energy more as you exhale. (The blue color of blazing up.) Feel the energy of flame surrounding your body from below and try to energize the blue flame more. The holy energy will wrap you and as you enhancing it, lead the energy. Eventually, it will penetrate into the ether body, and once it is filled with this energy, the ether body will keep the blue body up. When you can wrap your body, till the area of 50cm from your body, around with this energy in capsule form, it is extremely easy for the conscious to access to high dimension. The holy crystal-clear blue light surrounding the body led by this breathing method has very realistic energy so it almost can be seen by naked eyes. In addition to that, this energy is too finesses to see. You are now trying to complete the previous chakra system of the structure of the body and all chakra is now about to be unified into one, eternity. All chakra is about to be free from the restriction given by dividing each feature The arrangements for going into the new structure and the future system are beginning. All begins to melt in to the place where "zero" and "one" share. This is the beginning of the infinite you. In fact, you have waited for this moment. Everything has existed for this time. This is the entrance of the absolute freedom and delight of the life. Return your thanks to yourself who has got here. Now, at this stage, it is time to invert the reality to the unreality.
